Teresa Kendrick, PMHNP-BC is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Northeast Mississippi Community College in 1993 with a Associates Degree in Nursing and worked as a critical care nurse and psychiatric nurse at North Mississippi Medical Center. She graduated from the University of North Alabama in 2000 with a Bachelor’s in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse in critical care, medical -surgical as a travel nurse and inpatient and outpatient psychiatric nursing. Teresa earned an Advanced Practice Degree in 2012 from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is board certified with ANCC as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She also earned a Post Master’s Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
