Barbara Richardson Nursing Scholarship
 

Barbara Richardson began working at Tippah County Hospital in June of 1966. During her tenure she served as Staff Nurse, Director of Nursing and Certified Nurse Anesthetist. At times, she served in dual roles as Director of Nursing and Anesthetist. In 2001 Barbara resigned her duties due to her battle with cancer. Because of her faithful services, the Hospital Auxiliary named a Nursing Scholarship in her honor that same year.
